Randhir Kumar Lal is the principal of Randhir Kumar Lal & Associates (RKLCMA), a firm practicing Cost and Management Accountancy under the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in cost optimisation, risk-based internal audit, IT and business operations, and business process management. He previously worked with JK Industries, Amtek Auto, Concentrix (Convergys), and ABB Limited, where he served as Group Internal Auditor for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Academically, he is a CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and holds international certifications including CIA, CISA, and CFE, supported by a B.Com (Hons.) from the University of Delhi.

Rajat Tyagi has over 25 years of leadership experience driving growth across Consumer Tech and Finance, spanning Media (PVR-INOX, Times of India), Banking (Standard Chartered, JPMorgan), Telecom (Airtel) and Technology (Infosys, HCL). As a CxO, has led sales, marketing, product, finance, operations and IT, and is currently promoting an AI startup leveraging Generative AI for enterprise transformation. Previously served as CIO at PVR, spearheading IT, digital marketing and online sales for India’s largest movie exhibition company, and earlier led IT for the print advertising business at Times Group, managing ad-sales, MIS, planning, scheduling and pre-press systems. He also pioneered the mobile payments and wallet initiative for Airtel Payments Bank.
